
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Custom-made or modified parts tailored to your specific equipment (per your unique specifications)
- Gift cards
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are granted in the following situations:
- Parts with obvious signs of installation or use (e.g., scratches, oil stains, or wear from fitting)
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to post officially.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, send us an email and ship your item to: [Your physical address].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to pass along later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.
Return Shipping
To return your product, mail it to: Lianxi Village, Zhuji Street, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China.
You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
